Monday Rambling - Live Reading and Exhaustion

Updated: Oct 29, 2020

Hey guys,

Sunday I did my first live reading of Pitiful I Know, an edited version of I Sold Myself to the Devil for Vinyls... Pitiful I Know. (you can catch it on my instagram IGTV here: https://www.instagram.com/kaygiard/ ) I think it went well, all things considered. I was a little stressed to be honest, like I was doing some kind of school presentation. I'll try reading slower the next time.

All in all, it was super fun, and I think this is going to be a project that I sincerely enjoy. I hope we can get some hype around it.

The goal is always to eventually live off my writing. I think having an edited version of I Sold.. will help. I've also been working on a Patreon page. It's not live yet, but when I'll have a couple fun things to offer, I'll share it with you guys. I know most of you can't afford supporting my writing, but to those who can, it would be really nice to be able to afford taking one or two more days off from work every week and work on my writing. I've uploaded a lot in the last few days, and I've only been able to achieve that because I slept like 5 hours a night. I love my job, but I would also love to have like maybe, 10 more hours in a day. Today I wanted to get some writing done, but I've ended up sleeping all day. I was so exhausted. It's a good thing I love writing.

Sometimes, it's easy to just click on the link, and go read the chapters and take for granted the writers, but most of you understand what goes on behind the scene, that these chapters don't just magically appear, and for your support, I'm truly grateful.

You'll have a new chapter of Weird and Weirder for sure this week though.

Aaaaaand, I'll start uploading hopefully, very, very frequently Life in Paintings in November for NaNoWriMo. And Virgin and the Whore is the other book I want to get an upload as soon as I can. Why oh why do I have so many ideas for stories? It would be soooo much easier, if I had like one idea for a book at a time.

Anyway, thanks for reading my ranting. I hope I haven't alienated any of you. Thanks for your support as always, and see you guys soon!
