Thursday Watching - Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo

Hi everyone,

So last weekend I finished watching the drama Start-Up (which I liked, you should also watch) and seeing Nam Joo-Hyuk made me think about a favorite k-drama of mine, and that's what I'll suggest this week. Weighlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo.

This drama is AMAZING. There is a lot of secondhand embarrassment, I'll admit to that and sometimes you have to hide your face under a blanket and scream, but the relationship between our two main characters is just so well developed that it's totally worth it. They legit become best friends before they figure out their feelings. Their banters is hilarious and they're just adorable. They help and support each other and I just loooove them. Every time I finish that drama it kinda feels like the last day of high school when you realize a chapter of your life is over. It's the strangest feeling.
